Meet our furry friend - Border Collie, Scottish Sheepdog

The Border Collie was originated in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and thrived in the region on the border of Scotland and England in the 19th century; hence, they were named Border Collie. They were used as herding dogs.   Border Collies are medium-sized, strong, agile, athletic, very energetic, smart and people-oriented. Collies love to run. The Australian Cattle Dog were bred in the 19th century in Australia 🇦🇺 for raising cattle.   The Aussie has a very sturdy, muscular build; is one of the most intelligent dog breeds around. The heelers are very fast learners, energetic, have a strong sense of adventure; their loyalty and intelligence make them great dogs on the farm or in the home. They thrive on robust exercise/athletic activities - can run for long stretches of time.   Did you know ACD pups are born white? The patterns will appear by when they turn six weeks old. Meet our furry friend - Jack Russell Terrier, Jack Russell; Jrt; Jack; Rebel Terrier

The Jack Russell Terrier was originated in Devon, England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 in the mid 19th century. They were named after the Reverend John (Jack) Russell who bred and used them for pursuing fox both above and below the ground in the past.   The JRT is a small, lean, bold, smart, happy, loyal, energetic dog with a strong desire to work. They love to dig and hike, and can be an excellent agility dog as well as being family companion.   Did you know that the JRT can leap five times its own height? It is thought the Beagles originated in England🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. Queen Elizabeth I and Kings James I of England adored Beagles.   Beagles are a funny, friendly, even-tempered, loyal, active medium-sized hound dog, and they are happiest when following their noses. It is believed that Dalmatians are named after a place called Dalmatia, a region in Croatia 🇭🇷. They were originally bred to run alongside carriages which included horse-drawn fire engines.   The instantly recognisable Dalmatian is a graceful, medium-sized dog with a sleek, white short coat covering in spots and muscular body.
